first week done
9:46 a.m.
technically it was done thursday. and for the record, my schedule is even awesomer than i had thought.
9 hours of class per week is really sweet. but 8 hours of class and a scenic shuttle bus ride across the city is even sweeter.
in doc, i only have 2 evaluations, 1 3-minute doc. and 1 30-min synopsis and treatment. this is amateurish. they're a little behind here. but it's not like studying hardcore was a massive priority for me here.
tv/pop cult - i have a short paper and presentation due in a couple weeks. then in the end, i have a long essay due.
eng - presentation of speech addressing some sort of issue. and analysis of 3 children's books (or maybe even tv shows) relating to speech topic. piece. of. cake.
i have no exams, i'm done june 7. i have my place till july 9, so i get a month vacay again.
but i'm prolly gonna leave a week before july if they dont charge me. this will be best for summer jobbing.
lots to consider. lots to think about. heaps.
my mommy is prolly visiting late june instead of july cuz when she renews her visa for the states, it requires that she doesnt leave the country in july.
so i might go home with her to cali, stay there for like 5 days then head home right before canadia day! hey that sounds like an awesome plan! independance day will be crazy, but i'd rather not hang around for all that patriotism, even though i will finally be able to buy my own booze there!!!

but i'm so excite for ossher's vijit. we're def hitting the great barrier reef and fiji. depending on financials and school shit, we might hit the gold coast and melby. but those aren't so high priority for me.
during our bbq on thurs, i won 2 nights accomodation to fiji. and i def wanna take lynn to a hot place.
and i need to see the reef. it'd be ignorant not to.
the bbq was awesome, it was fun hosting people. i love my loft and
unilodge. the free food was amazing, and i took home heaps of 1$ jager shot tickets.70ish. so we went to sidebar to use some of them and that was pretty nice. although jagerbombs def go down easier. esp when somebody's not jumping you from behind. i almost spewed.

didnt get adequately drunk though. before midnight i was cold sober and the town was dead. nothing happens unless it's the weekend. :(
and last night andreas held a bbq at his place in darlinghurst. man he has a sweet pad. it's totally not a student place at all, but i imagine it's heaps expensive. esp since he had to get furniture for it.
finally i got my hands on some weed!
it was pretty nice, i appreciate my new ital/swiss friends silvio and ana.
it was mardi gras last night. we didnt see the parade, but we saw many people in drag parading around the cross, so that was adequate for me.
nevertheless, i was inadequately intoxicated. it's been disappointing, i had heaps to drink too. my liver is very fickle.
the last time i reached a good level of intoxication was with the americans when we went to scubar and 2 wise monkeys. shit, best pizza ever that night. but that was like 3 weeks ago.
not even bailey's is doing it for me. it doesn't feel right :(
so anj and i hit pancakes afterwards. she got a little shafted, but i was more or less satisfied.
hopefully by this wednesday, i'll be back to normal.
or tonight, if my new best friend william decides to take me and paige out.
